Details and features of the professional line
100% NBR RUBBER
With the aim of offering an increasingly professional and cutting-edge product to meet the growing demands of occupational safety, Idealgas Company has equipped its heating torches with 100% NBR/SBR rubber, a new blend that guarantees excellent performance in even extreme working situations and that makes it particularly insensitive to pulling and twisting. It is therefore highly appreciated for use on construction sites and in all those industrial production situations. The NBR rubber is supplied to all kit torches.
On request Hose adapter with safety valve GAS_STOP
GAS-STOP is a sensor capable of limiting the escape of gas in case of accidental rupture of the rubber hose during use. The sensor, located inside the 3/8 connection on the gas cylinder side, intercepts a possible anomaly and reduces the gas flow by 95%, so as to give the operator time to notice what happened and to intervene immediately on the cylinder tap. The GAS-STOP device is at the express request of the customer.
On request Nut 360 bucket rotating wheel holder
The 360º rotating connection nut avoids the twisting of the rubber hose that could compromise the stability of the gas cylinder, thus ensuring optimal usability of the torch in complete safety.

Areas of application for professional line products
Building
The torches are used for the laying of bituminous sheaths; through the heat, the torch melts the thermo-fusible film of the sheath to make it adhere to the underlying surface.
Hydraulic
The use of torches used to heat, braze and weld, allows to carry out hydraulic work thanks to the different types of burners available.
sanitization
The use of gas in livestock farming helps to sanitize the land of farms in a safe and ecological way so that they are adequate and ready for a subsequent repopulation of the environment, excluding the use of chemicals.
